Support Services for DSPT View Customers
McCormickCo provides the following support services to DSPT View customers:
Standard Support (Included with All Subscriptions)
- Support available during UK business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
- Email support for product assistance, configuration queries, troubleshooting and technical guidance.
- Remote support for high-priority issues.
- Access to product upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Access to updated Power BI templates, documentation, and reporting improvements.
- Service packs and minor releases included at no additional cost.
Enhanced Support (Optional Upgrade)
- Priority response handling.
- Scheduled health checks.
- Direct access to a senior technical consultant.
- Assisted deployment guidance.
- Custom report configuration support.
- Quarterly product review sessions.

Note: “Response” means acknowledgement and start of investigation. “Resolution” means a fix or update restoring correct functionality.
DSPT View Accessibility Statement
DSPT View is built on Microsoft Power BI, which is designed to support accessibility and is developed in line with internationally recognised accessibility standards.
Aligned Accessibility Standards
Microsoft Power BI aligns with the following accessibility standards:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA: Supporting the core WCAG principles of Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust content.
- EN 301 549: The European/UK Harmonised Accessibility Standard.
- US Section 508 Accessibility Conformance: Conforming with US federal accessibility requirements.
Microsoft publishes Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) covering Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop and Power BI Mobile, which document how Power BI meets these standards.
How DSPT View Uses Power BI Accessibility Features
DSPT View is built exclusively using supported and accessible Power BI visuals, ensuring:
- All charts, tables and cards include descriptive labels.
- Visuals support screen reader reading order.
- Colour choices meet contrast requirements.
- Users can switch to high-contrast mode through Power BI and Windows settings.
- All interactions support keyboard navigation.
